My passion for massage and body work began in 2000. I began a course in Sports Massage, however, due to personal circumstances I could not complete at that time. However, my interest in love of the work continued and recently I have been able to fulfil my dream of working in this field.
I trained in Reflexology in 2024 and recently successfully completed Swedish Massage course.
I am starting work at Ishta Centre, Stone, from Thursday 6th November, 4pm until 8pm.
I have a background in Teaching Exercise to Music and am currently training to be a Hatha Yoga Teacher which will complement the work I’m doing at the Ishta Centre.

We Support You!
For your first appointment we ask that you arrive 15 minutes beforehand so you can complete the Health and Lifestyle questionnaire.
We will explain what will happen and how you may feel during and after the treatment.
Underpants (men), knickers and bra (women) to be worn by all clients during appointment. Blankets are provided for modesty and comfort. Areas will be draped at all times, apart from the area being worked upon.
I use a lightweight, fast-absorbing oil by Silky Touch of Nature with 100% pure grapeseed oil. This enhances your massage enabling a smooth glide, leaving your skin feeling soft, hydrated, and refreshed. Naturally rich in Vitamin E and omega fatty acids, it helps protect the skin’s barrier and restore its natural glow.
It’s normal to fall asleep, and you don’t need to be embarrassed if you snore or drool.

Schedule a massage later on a day when you complete a hard long workout.
A week or two before the event a Swedish massage is the wiser choice mainly because it will not put too much demand on your muscles.
Feeling nervous about your body before a massage? You’re not alone.
We see every type of body — our goal is to help you feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. You’ll be properly covered at all times, and your comfort always comes first.
We don’t offer refunds once a session has been booked and paid for, but don’t worry — if you can’t make it, you won’t lose out! You can carry your session over to another date, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you miss your session without letting us know, unfortunately it’ll be lost and can’t be carried over or refunded. You can usually carry your session over once, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Just get in touch as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
